Join CNU New York as we bring Jane Jacobs enthusiasts down the full length of the High Line to highlights Jane Jacobs' West Village.
Curated by CNU New York, the Jane Jacobs Pub Crawl is in conjunction with the CNU Summit on Equity & Transportation. Sign up for the summit & view the schedule/speakers here:

We'll grab a drink at the north end of the High Line, New York’s iconic linear park constructed from a disused portion of the New York Central Railroad’s West-Side Line. The night will take us on and off the High Line, strolling south along the park until we reach Jane Jacobs's house at 555 Hudson Street.
We'll be among the first to see the newly completed Rail Yards component of The High Line. The night will conclude at the historic Whitehorse Tavern, where Jane used to drink with writers and artists such as Bob Dylan, Norman Mailer, Jim Morrison and Hunter S. Thompson.
Meet at: Gastro Market, 315 10th Avenue at West 28th Street
When: Thursday, October 2nd, starting at 6:00pm
While we anticipate the schedule to the right, it is subject to slight change due to the nature of a Pub Crawl. If you can not find our group, please call Paddy Steinschneider at (914) 906-4802 or Laura Clemons at (205) 789-2266
Please wear comfortable walking shoes, as we'll be walking a fairly long distance and up & down various stairs at the High Line
