Co-Founder, Bois & Peters

Brian has a 20-year career as a serial entrepreneur who has made a name for himself in the business world. He is known for his passion for empowering and uplifting underrepresented communities.

At a young age, Brian made history by becoming the youngest black CEO of a publicly traded company with the H3 Enterprises Inc., a venture that gained popularity in the music and entertainment industry.

Currently, Brian is the co-founder and managing partner of Bois & Peters, a real estate development and consulting firm that focuses on revitalizing and restoring historic Black Towns.

His work has been instrumental in bringing positive change to communities that have long been overlooked and marginalized.

Apart from his professional accomplishments, Brian is also a philanthropist who has co-founded the Congressional Black Caucus for New Urbanism. He serves on the board of the Congress of New Urbanism NY and the Co-Treasurer of the East Harlem EL Barrio Community Land Trust.

He is also elected official in NYC as Community Education Council representing Harlem District 5. These organizations are dedicated to creating sustainable and equitable urban communities that serve the needs of all people.
